Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the contractual relationship between AVEDIAN and the User for the purchase of the products sold via its website (www.avedian.es).
The supplier of the products the Customer purchases is AVEDIAN S.L., with registered office in Madrid, Calle Jorge Juan nº 85 (4° dcha.), CP 28009 and CIF (Tax ID Number) B-86408879, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 20,696, Folio 156, Page M-534349, first entry and with Customer Service telephone number 91-161 0191.
AVEDIAN will save each contract including the customer's data, purchased products, payment method and other information related to product purchases. In any event, the contract will be subject to these Terms and Conditions to regulate the obligations between the parties.
AVEDIAN reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, without affecting the services or special offers that were acquired prior to the modification.
1. Purchase process and payment methods
After reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User may place an order for the product on the www.avedian.es website. You must first register as a user before placing an order in our Avedian store.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing the order terms and conditions and the purchase process cannot be initiated until the User has sent confirmation of the order terms and conditions (hereinafter, Order Confirmation).
The User must register through the website by creating a User account in order to access the services AVEDIAN offers. To create the account, the user must provide freely and voluntarily the personal data required.
The log in to the www.avedian.es website includes a username and password, both provided by the User.
The User agrees to correctly use the log-in information, to not disclose it to third parties and to immediately notify AVEDIAN about the loss or theft of the password and possible access by a third party. To that end, the USER is responsible for ensuring the security of their log-in information.
The USER accepts liability for all activity under the USER's email address and password. The USER can access his/her profile in the links located above the search bar under the “My Account” section. The USER should take special note of the following:
- The USER must ensure that a secure password is used.
- The USER must ensure that no unauthorised person has access to the password.
- The User is required immediately change or cancel the password if he/she is aware or suspects that another person or third party knows, uses or has used the password. If this is not possible, the User must notify AVEDIAN immediately. In this case, AVEDIAN will block the USER’s account, restoring it once new passwords are assigned.
Once the user account has been created, we inform you that in accordance with the requirements of art. 27 of the Law 34/2002 of Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
1.1. Product selection
You can then place your order, clicking on the cart icon (Add product) to choose a product and add it to the shopping cart. Once you have added all the products, you can review the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon (My Shopping Cart) in the upper right-hand corner. You can then see, eliminate or add units of previously added products.
1.2. Placing the order
Click on the button (End Purchase) located in the lower right corner to confirm and process the order. When you process the order, all transactions from that moment on are carried out under a secure connection that guarantees the confidentiality of all your data. You will then be taken to your delivery address details, which you can change as necessary. To complete the order, make payment by clicking on the button (Continue to payment) in the lower right corner.
1.3. Selection payment method
You can pay for your purchases by the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Euro 6000, American Express, etc.). Visa, MasterCard and American Express have developed a system for secure online payments. The e-commerce system in which the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifies the cardholder before authorising online payment. Avedian adopts this security protocol and will ask for identification once the product has been selected and the issuer’s number entered by displaying one of the following icons:
Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are submitted. Once identification has been confirmed, the issuer informs Avedian that the cardholder is making a purchase and Avedian completes the purchase process. If the card could not be identified, the issuer notifies Avedian so that it can proceed accordingly. This window is beyond the control of Avedian, and the issuer is liable for any incident that may arise with and Users must contact the bank with any identification issues.
- Bank transfer
By sending a transfer to Avedian with bank details provided below and including the order number (provided by Avedian when confirming the order on the website) in the transfer description:

If the User chooses to pay for the order by bank transfer, the order will be confirmed when AVEDIAN receives proof of payment.
1.4. User confirmation
The Customer must pay careful attention and check that the entire order is correct. If not, the customer can correct any order errors or inaccuracies.
Once the Customer confirms the order, AVEDIAN will not accept any responsibility for the provision of a product with which the Customer is not satisfied due to order error or inaccuracy. After verifying that the order is correct, the Customer must confirm the order to complete the purchase.
Order payment will constitute order confirmation.
1.5. Confirmation from Avedian
In any event, once payment has been made and the purchase process completed, Avedian will send a message to the Customer’s email address confirming the receipt of the order, the order registration details and the purchase summary (date and order number, products purchased and the price and total amount of the order).
2. Shipping conditions
Once the order is processed, you will receive your order at your address by courier. Deliveries are generally made in 24 hours (for deliveries in Madrid) and 48 hours (for deliveries in the rest of Spain) (*), depending on the province. Avedian will not be responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure. (*) Delivery times valid during business days (no deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). The processing of orders placed after 5 p.m. will be handled the next day, with delivery 24 hours after the order is processed.
Shipping costs applied by destination and not of the number of items will be automatically applied when ordering:
- €2.00 for delivery in Madrid, the Community of Madrid and the rest of the peninsula for purchases of less than 6 products.
- Free shipping costs for purchases equal to or greater than 6 products.
By default, your order will be sent to the address you provided when you registered on our website, although you can change the delivery address at checkout and before confirming payment.
If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will let you know and confirm the date when it will be available again.
In the event that the delivery of the products purchased is in the Canary Islands or another destination that involves the payment of customs or excise duties, the User agrees, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, to pay the corresponding customs costs or other similar fee that AVEDIAN has to pay to delivery of the product within the agreed deadlines.
3. Price and offer validity period
Price of the products
The valid price of each product will be provided to the Customer at the beginning of the purchase, and will be expressed per product unit. The price for each product includes Value Added Tax (VAT) and will be valid for the Spanish territory where this tax is applied. AVEDIAN can update or change the price at any time and without previous notice.
Errors or inaccuracies in product price or conditions
Should AVEDIAN detects an error or inaccuracy in the price or any other product conditions, it will immediate correct the issue and notify the Customer. In the event that the product the Customer purchase had the error or inaccuracy, AVEDIAN will contact the Customer to communicate the correct price or conditions, and the Customer may continue with the purchase process by expressly accepting the new price or conditions or, conversely, cancel the purchase of the product and AVEDIAN will refund the corresponding amount paid. In the event of obvious errors related to your order, we reserve the right to correct the error and charge the correct price. In this situation, we will contact you to offer the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling your order.
4. Privacy and Data Protection Policy
The data facilitated during the purchase process or during the provision of services will be stored in files owned by AVEDIAN, S.L. (duly identified at the beginning of this document).
AVEDIAN will process the data for the following purposes: (1) provide and properly manage communications with Users of this website; (2) comply with the legal and economic obligations resulting from the purchases the User makes, resolving questions and incidents that may arise during the User registration and purchase processes, manage order shipping and delivery, and the provision of any after-sales services.
AVEDIAN will only disclose Users’ personal details in the cases in which it may be required to fulfil these purposes, including but not limited to: banking institutions for payment management, delivery services, etc.
Likewise, the User, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, agrees to the data processing and communications described, and authorises AVEDIAN to use the User's data for analytical studies and the optimisation of resources, products, offers, and services; and expressly authorises the use of his/her data to conduct surveys and to promote AVEDIAN and/or health and wellness sector services, events, business activities, and customer loyalty plans, primarily through email and other electronic communication channels.
During the purchase process, the system will notify the User of the fields that must be completed with an asterisk symbol. If the User does not provide this information, the system will not allow the User to continue with the registration or purchase and/or AVEDIAN may cancel the User’s request.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, under the terms provided by current legislation, and may use the following means:

The return of defective items and incorrect shipments will be accepted, and Avedian will be responsible for shipping costs solely and exclusively in the above-mentioned cases, provided they are returned in their original packaging and without obvious signs of use/handling. Failure to return the products in these conditions means the return will not be accepted.
In the event that the Customer decides to return products that do not have a manufacturing defect, the customer must assume the shipping costs.
Products must be returned protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (clean and with no damage or breakage). Avedian will refund the Customer once it verifies that the items meet these conditions.
If the products returned were clearly used the return will be rejected. Returns that do not include some form of sender identification (order number, return number, name and address) will not be accepted. The refund will be processed once the package has been received at Avedian's warehouse and it verifies that the returned products are in perfect condition. The customer will be informed of this process via email. The refund to the customer's bank, iupay or Paypal account used to purchase the order will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from Avedian's receipt of the returned product. If the customer used a credit card, the refund will be made before the end of the corresponding month. The value of the refund will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, with the return shipping costs deducted. Avedian will be responsible for the return shipping costs should the products be defective or do not correspond to the order the Customer placed.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Customer will have 14 calendar days from the day the purchased products are received to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other additional legislation.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, Users must inform AVEDIAN of the intention to withdraw from the contract, preferably by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or in writing or any other legally approved method to Avedian (CL. Jorge Juan, 85 (4° dcha.), 28009 Madrid), completing, if the User so chooses, the withdrawal document provided by AVEDIAN, which can be accessed on the www.avedian.es website. The notice of withdrawal must include at least the following information:
- Order number
- Date of order placement
- Date of order receipt
- Date of withdrawal request
- Customer's full name
- Customer's address
- Customer's signature
Upon receipt of the letter of withdrawal, you will receive an email from AVEDIAN with instructions on how to return the products.
In this case, the amount paid by the Customer who withdraws from the contract will be returned by AVEDIAN within a maximum period of 14 calendar days and this without any cost to the Customer.
7. Settlement of disputes
Any dispute, argument or litigation that may result from the provisions of this contract or from its execution will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals established under current legislation.
