MELASAN® is a food supplement from Avedian® based on lemon balm extract, linden extract, hop extract, melatonin and vitamin B6, which helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Melatonin is a natural hormone secreted by the pineal gland. The most studied action of melatonin is its influence on the sleep-wake rhythm. Synthetic melatonin is an innovative product that replaces that generated by the pineal gland, helping the body to program its biological clock.
Packaging: 3 blisters of 10 capsules of 495 mg
Directions: Take 1 capsule a day, 1 hour before bedtime.
